Dental Abscess treatment cost
A dental abscess is a pocket of pus from a bacterial infection that reaches the tooth pulp through decay, a crack or injury, causing severe throbbing pain, swelling and sometimes fever. It is diagnosed on exam and X-ray and treated with antibiotics plus a root canal to save the tooth, or drainage or extraction for severe cases.
