Endocarditis treatment cost
Endocarditis is a rare, life-threatening infection of the heart's inner lining and valves, when germs in the bloodstream lodge on heart tissue. It causes fever, a new heart murmur and night sweats, is diagnosed with blood cultures and echocardiography, and treated with prolonged IV antibiotics and sometimes valve surgery.
