Pericarditis treatment cost
Pericarditis is inflammation of the sac around the heart, usually after a viral infection, causing sharp chest pain that worsens on breathing in or lying down. It is diagnosed with ECG, echocardiography, chest X-ray and inflammatory blood tests, and treated with anti-inflammatory medicines (NSAIDs and colchicine) and by addressing the cause.
