Rabies (Animal Bite Exposure) treatment cost
Rabies is a virus spread by the bite or scratch of an infected animal — a real risk from dogs and other animals in parts of Asia — and is almost always fatal once symptoms begin. After exposure it is fully preventable: wash the wound at once and start post-exposure treatment (rabies vaccine, and immunoglobulin for higher-risk bites) urgently.
